  1. A 30-day refund policy is available only when the tickets received are substantially different to what was purchased. 
  2. There are no refunds on lost, stolen or damaged tickets. 
  3. No refunds are offered if you simply change your mind. 
  4. There are no refunds for postponed events. If your event is postponed your existing tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. 
  5. If your event is cancelled, a full refund will be provided.
