- A 30-day refund policy is available only when the tickets received are substantially different to what was purchased.
- There are no refunds on lost, stolen or damaged tickets.
- No refunds are offered if you simply change your mind.
- There are no refunds for postponed events. If your event is postponed your existing tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date.
- If your event is cancelled, a full refund will be provided.
