We are a ticket broking business based in Melbourne, Australia and have been operating in the Australian market for almost 10 years. We have historically operated on auction sites (such as eBay) however we have recently created our own website to make it easier for our customers to find what they are looking for as well as provide a more personable experience.

A few common questions we get asked are:

I haven’t seen or heard of your website before, how do I know the tickets I’m purchasing are real?

As mentioned above, we have been operating for almost 10 years but have only recently launched our own website. We offer secure checkout through PayPal meaning we don’t know or store any credit card information. 

All our tickets are sourced directly from ticket agencies or promoters NOT 3rd parties. Why is this important? We know the authenticity of every ticket we sell. 

We also provide a 100% guarantee. Meaning if you don't receive what you paid for, you are provide with a full refund.


I want to purchase 4 tickets. Will they all be seated next to each other?

All multiple tickets purchased will be seated together i.e. in consecutive order. We will never provide reserved tickets that are not next to each other.


When will my tickets arrive?

Hard copy tickets will be posted using registered post to ensure the safest delivery or sent via email where e-tickets are available. Tickets will generally be posted/emailed no later than 7 days before the event. Should you not receive your tickets by then, please contact us.

When tickets are sent via post, the tracking number is uploaded to your PayPal transaction. When tickets are emailed, please check your junk folder as they can occasionally be there.


What is the advantage of purchasing tickets from you?
